BADGES MUST BE DISPLAYED TO ENTER THE BEACH. All members must check in at the main entrance. Only members may use badges. Persons living within the boundaries of SLPOA and are eligible to join SLPOA my not be guests of Skyline Lakes.
Any member bringing guests must accompany their guests to the main entrance. All guests must use a guest pass or pay a guest fee. All guests must sign in. Anyone eligible to join S.L.P.O.A. cannot be a guest. Guest fees for adults and children will be posted at the gate. The member, not the guest, prior to entering the beach, must pay for all guest fees. Guest tags are meant to be short term. The same person may not visit as a guest on a regular basis throughout the summer. Any member or guest not cooperating or following the beach rules will be asked to leave.
CHILDREN under 12 YEARS OLD MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES ON THE BEACH AND IN THE WATER BY AN ADULT OR SOMEONE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD. LIFEGUARDS CANNOT BABY-SIT YOUR CHILDREN.
NO GLASS BOTTLES OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH. SLPOA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONFISCATE GLASS BROUGHT ONTO THE BEACH.
All members and their guests are responsible for this beach. Please clean up any trash or recyclables before leaving. We are not responsible for personal items left on the beach. Anything left on the beach will be disposed of at the end of the day. ALL ALUMINIUM, PLASTIC, GLASS MUST BE RECYCLED.
No dogs or other pets allowed on the beach at any time.
Anyone deemed unruly will be ejected from the beach area at the discretion of the Beach Director, Lifeguards, or any representative of the Association.
No ball playing, horseplay, or running on the beach when lifeguards are on duty. Games can be played in areas designated by the lifeguard.
No swimmer, no matter how skilled, is allowed beyond the supervised area.

Parents may not take non-swimmers past the first rope.
Parents are required to watch their children in the water. Parents should determine how far out in the deep water their children can swim and instruct accordingly. Lifeguards and SLPOA personnel reserve the right to amend such instructions at any time. Children must pass a dock test to use Dock or Trampoline.
Any member or guest reported interfering with the duties of the LIFEGUARDS, or acting in an inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave and their Beach privileges will be suspended.
No pushing off the raft. Lifeguards have the right to remove your child from the water do to any disciplinary reasons.
Fins and masks are not to be used beyond the second rope. No floating devices, rafts, tubes, etc. are allowed past the second rope, no matter how experienced the swimmer.
Lifeguards have the final say in the use of the Water Trampoline. Due to safety considerations, no more than 4 to 6 people (depending on size and weight) may be on the trampoline at one time.
Only one person is allowed on the water slide at a time. No jumping allowed from the slide.
No fishing allowed from sand or swim areas at any time.
No boats, except lifeguard boat allowed in the swimming area.
Barbecue area and grills are to be cleaned after use.
Main Beach Lifeguards are on duty daily 11:00 am – 6:00 pm unless otherwise posted.
