To All Our Members,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I’d like to thank you for joining the Association.

Although homeowners living in the designated areas of Skyline Lakes are eligible for active membership, only those members paying dues are entitled to use of the facilities. Dues cover the taxes payable to the Borough of Ringwood, maintenance of the lakes, properties and clubhouse, fish stocking and other services provided by SLPOA throughout the year.

Please take note of the following rules and regulations, which will be strictly enforced this year.

  • All Members must carry their Membership Badges when using our facilities.
  • All Guests must guest passes or pay a guest fee, and cannot use badges. Only members may use badges. Any guest not cooperating will be asked to leave.
  • Anyone who is eligible to join Skyline Lakes Property Owners association and has chosen not to join cannot be a guest and participate in any SLPOA functions.
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult when boating.
  • Lifejackets, vests, and/or preservers must be provided for every person while boating.
  • SLPOA will provide permanent lakefront permits, which must be affixed near the water’s edge. The permits will have your house number and a place to put the current year’s membership sticker.
  • Renting the Clubhouse Hall does not include swimming in the lakes.
  • Member/Renters who allow swimming are doing so at their own risk.
  • Please keep your children and guests away from the spillway and dam. THESE ARE NOT A PLAY AREA!!
  • Guests must be accompanied by a Member in order to gain entrance to the Main Beach.
  • Children 11 years old and under will not be admitted on the beach unless accompanied by someone at least 16 years old.
  • Children 11 years old and under must be supervised at all times on the beach and in the water by someone at least 16 years old.
  • Parents are required to watch their children in the water. Parents should determine how far out in the deep water their children can swim and instruct accordingly. Lifeguards and SLPOA personnel reserve the right to amend such instructions at any time. No floating devices, rafts, tubes, etc. allowed past the second rope, no matter how experienced the swimmer. Lifeguards have FINAL say on use of the Water Trampoline.
  • PARENTS PLEASE WATCH YOUR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES.
  • Basketball Courts and Tennis Courts are for Members and their guests only.
  • Parking lots are for Lake use, Beach use, and Clubhouse use only. Any cars parked overnight, or parked for reasons other than those listed above will be ticketed and if necessary towed by the Ringwood Police Department. If you have a special situation or your car is disabled please contact me at the phone number below.


    We ask that all Members comply with these rules, so that we can have another safe and enjoyable year at Skyline Lakes. If you have any questions or concerns about the Association’s rules and regulations, please feel free to give me a call.
