The clubhouse is available for rental to all members for personal parties or events. There is a nominal rental fee, and a security deposit is required. The security deposit will be returned after the event, and after the rental space is cleaned by the renter. Members are encouraged to book early to insure that the date and time they desire are available.
SLPOA Members can rent the clubhouse for family parties, group or organization meetings, or other events.
Rental of the Clubhouse is available to individuals or groups who are not members of SLPOA. The fees for non-member rentals is structured accordingly.

Rental Fee: $200.00 Security Deposit $200.00
SLPOA Non-Members Rental Rates:
Rental Fee: $350.00 Security Deposit $200.00
