Who We Are

In addition to maintaining the lakes and properties and providing a variety of social and sporting functions, SLPOA acts to protect the property values and rights of homeowners as a group and to present a united stand in decisions affecting the Skyline Lakes Community at the borough, county and state level.

The Lakes

Upper and Lower Skyline Lakes are approximately two miles in circumference and are considered our most important asset. Both lakes are among the finest lakes for water quality in North Jersey. To ensure high quality water and safe beaches they are constantly monitored during the summer months by a professional consultant and the Board of Health. Samplings are taken for bacteriological and algae analysis and treatments are made as required. Tests are also taken to ensure that water entering the lake from feeder streams is of good quality.
